We partner with trusted fulfillment and shipping providers to ensure quality service across Canada and internationally. 

1. Estimated Delivery Time (EDT)

The Estimated Delivery Time (EDT) is our best prediction of when your order will arrive, based on two factors:
Estimated Fulfillment Time + Estimated Shipping Time = Estimated Delivery Time
Fulfillment Time:
Most orders are fulfilled (printed, packaged, and prepared for shipping) within 2–5 business days from our partner fulfillment centers.
Fulfillment time may vary based on order volume, product type (e.g., custom t-shirts, hats), or temporary stock availability.
Shipping Time:
Shipping time depends on your location. We use historical delivery data to estimate shipping times to your region.
Examples:
Canada (e.g., Quebec, Ontario): Typically 5–10 business days for shipping after fulfillment.
U.S.: Typically 3–7 business days for shipping after fulfillment.

Note: Business days exclude weekends and Canadian statutory holidays.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs

Shipping methods and costs are displayed at checkout, based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping option (e.g., standard, expedited).
Customers are responsible for all applicable taxes and international duties/customs fees, which are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
We ship from our partner’s fulfillment centers, depending on the closest available location to your delivery address.

3. Customer Responsibilities
Accurate Shipping Address:
You must provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or insufficient addresses.
If a package is returned to our facility due to an incorrect address, you are responsible for reshipping costs once we confirm an updated address. If you lack a registered account with a valid billing method, returned orders may be donated to charity after 30 days without a refund, per our Return Policy.
Unclaimed Shipments:
Packages that go unclaimed (e.g., due to missed delivery attempts) and are returned to our facility incur reshipping costs, payable by you. If unclaimed after 30 days, they will be donated to charity without a refund.
Customs and Duties:
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering.

4. Potential Delays

While we aim to meet our Estimated Delivery Time for every order, delays may occur due to:
Issues with print or embroidery files, which may extend fulfillment time.
Temporary product stock shortages at our fulfillment centers.
Shipping disruptions, such as missed delivery attempts, adverse weather, carrier delays, or customs processing for international orders.
High order volumes during peak periods (e.g., holidays).
We are not liable for delays beyond our control, but we will work with our shipping partners to resolve issues promptly. 

5. What to Do if Your Order Is Late
Wait an Additional 5 Business Days:
If your order has not arrived by the Estimated Delivery Time, we recommend waiting an additional 5 business days to account for minor delays.
Report a Problem:
If the order is still not received, contact us at motifarticles@gmail.com
Provide your order number and details. Our team will investigate and respond within 3 business days.
If the package is confirmed lost due to our or our shipping provider’s error, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion, per our Return Policy.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if available) to monitor your package’s progress.
Tracking availability depends on the shipping method and carrier. Some international shipments may have limited tracking.
